Midway Detour: behind the escalator

Why the escalator?

As a student with no car, I tend to use public transport. A lot. For the country Greece is,
the Athens metro has some rather grand stations. Or maybe I got struck by watching both
Backrooms and Severance in the same quarter. The cover pic is an escalator from a near-edge station.
I was waiting for people and took the pic out of boredom.
